the sound of plutopower becomes an immersive
and mesmerising live experience
Sounds rise like mist, condense into shapes, then break apart again into particles of color. Between the tones, an invisible web of memories and longings is woven. Moments linger like dewdrops on vivid leaves, turning from a gentle stream to a rushing torrent, shaping themselves into mighty waves like forested mountain peaks.
Forested mountain peaks rise like mighty waves, their crests fading into a shimmering, golden haze. Paths break open, intertwining into curved forms, as if they had long forgotten their own appearance. Between the rocks hang veils of resonant light. Tangible, yet fleeting, like a soft flicker in a gentle wind.
Plutopower draw from a large collection of sessions and improvisations from the past three years. They sought out unplanned places, far removed from fixed structures and forced overthinking, and shaped a new EP from this pool of over one hundred hours of material. “Dust” captures the fleeting, unites the fragile with the enduring, and invites listeners to surrender to the music and to a deep feeling for themselves, for the world, and for life. Along this path, they searched for their own language, for a personal form of expression—an approach toward the core of their being, in order to experience themselves and life more intensely through their music, without necessarily having to explain or understand it.
